Payment:
We accept Paypal, Google Checkout, Checks and Money Orders. All methods of payments, except for personal checks, are shipped within 24-48 hours. Payment by personal checks will have a 5-10 day waiting period until the check clears our bank. Please make all checks payable to Christina Delcoro.
Defective Merchandise:
We provide refunds and/or exchanges on defective merchandise. You must contact us within 5 days of receiving product. Refunds are for product price only minus shipping charges.
Shipping Charges: Many times when buying multiple items the shipping charge showing will be more expensive than what we actually will charge. For this reason, we ask that you contact us for an invoice before remitting payment so we may send you an accurate shipping price. If you pay immediately and shipping costs less than you paid, we will refund the difference back to you.
