Do you offer a printed catalog?
We deal with internet sales only. Since we have an everchanging inventory, it would be impossible to offer a catalog of products in stock. If you see something not in our store that you have been looking for, drop us an email and we will see if we can get it.

Will my order have all items in stock?
We try to keep our inventory up to date so that all items are in stock. If for some reason you order an item that has run out of stock, we will notify you within 24-hours by email.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders paid through Paypal or Google Checkout will be mailed within 48-72 hours, except on weekends. Orders paid by check will take an additional 5-7 days after we receive it to clear our bank before your order is shipped. Orders paid by money order will be shipped within 24 hours after we receive it. Actual shipping times will vary according to the method used to ship your item. Most small items will ship by 1st class mail while bigger and heavier items will ship by Priority Mail. You will be notified on what shipping method was used to ship your item(s) and provided a tracking number if applicable. Should you need your item quicker, please contact us immediately after you place your order. Faster methods of shipping are available though will cost extra.

Do you have special sales or discounts?
We will occassionally have a special sale or offer discounts. The best way to stay informed on all specials would be to sign up for our newsletter. Just send an email to: utradesports4u@yahoo.com and put in the subject line: Add me to your newsletter mailing list. Also keep an eye out for our clearance merchandise.

Do you accept returns or replacements on defective merchandise?
We accept returns on defective merchandise. You will be offered a refund on product price minus shipping charges. We will offer to send a replacement product if we have one in stock. We must be contacted with 7 days of receipt and notified of the exact problem with your order.

Do you offer combined shipping?
Yes we do combine shipping on orders of multiple items to save you money. We will either send you an invoice or if you have already paid, we will refund the savings back to you.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept credit cards and echecks through Paypal and Google. We accept money orders and personal checks through the mail. Please be advised that personal checks will have to clear our bank before we will ship the item out to you. How often do you add new products?
We are constantly adding new products on a weekly basis. Due to our ever-changing inventory we encourage you to bookmark us.

Do you offer a newsletter?
We currently create and send an email newsletter once a month. If you would like to receive this newsletter, just send us an email and we will add you to our mailing list. If paying by Google Checkout, there is an option to either accept or reject email promotions and newsletter from us.
